Use this chart to find exact color matches between HEX to RGB and RBG to HEX code. To find the RGB color code of an image,
use the eyedropper tool of your graphics program and click it on the part of the image you want to match. Then click on the resulting
color that shows in the color choice window. That will take you to a color window where you can find your RBG code.
Then find your RGB code on the chart. You will have a total of three values. A value for red, a value for green, and a value for blue. The lefthand column is the first HEX digit, the second HEX digit is on the row at the top.
Using the example that is shown here, the RBG code for my particular color of blue is 30-47-129. 30 becomes 1E, 47 becomes 2F, and 129 becomes 81. My hex code is 1E2F81.
Conversely, you can find the RBG code of an image using the HEX code and this chart. If all I had to go on was 1E2F81, I can find the red saturation by matching up 1 and E. that gives me a red value of 30. 2F gives me a green value of 47, and 81 gives me a blue value of 129.
